Park Cities Grand Estate

Our goal was to develop dramatic outdoor views and create a backdrop for entertaining on a select acre of this grand 10-acre estate. Our approach involved a sunken formal garden filled with engineered soil and sand to allow for maximum percolation, and a new irrigation and drainage system with remote monitoring that gave the owner meticulous watering control. We installed a 150-foot-long, 6-foot-wide stream that winds and flows through the natural landscape and feeds into a high waterfall fountain that’s nestled gently into the site amid plants and trees. Today the fountain creates soothing natural waterfall sounds that can be heard throughout the gardens.

Despite delays due to freezing winter temperatures, our teams were able to finish the project on schedule.
