Southern Botanical Inc. has been awarded two prestigious Merit Awards from the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP).

Excellence in Landscaping winner Trammell Crow CenterThe winning properties include two beautiful commercial projects, both located in the Arts District of Downtown Dallas. The first, a spectacular Asian Garden at the Trammell Crow Center is a beautiful and serene hidden treasure in the heart of the busy downtown district. The second is the newly completed Eagle Family Plaza at the Dallas Museum of Art. Each project was unique and meticulously executed, and both provide quiet green spaces for business and arts patrons to enjoy peaceful, art-filled respite from the bustle.

About the NALP Awards Program

Sponsored by the NALP, this awards program is the nation’s premier industry event and recognizes excellence in installation, design, design/build, maintenance and special projects. Entries were judged on the basis of difficulty, craftsmanship and attention to detail, in addition to specific criteria listed in each category. Each of the entry categories was evaluated independently.
