Located in the heart of the Dallas Arts District, Museum Tower, a luxury high-rise condominium offers residents an impeccably designed outdoor living experience. Our team was tasked with transforming the overgrown and underutilized outdoor areas into lush, inviting spaces for relaxation and enjoyment. Key features include a tranquil water fountain surrounded by lacebark elms and elegant shade gardens featuring color and textural contrast in every season. The second-level terrace, once derelict due to poor turf and overgrown vegetation, was revitalized with synthetic turf and thoughtfully curated plantings, creating a popular space for fitness and group gatherings. The installation posed logistical challenges, including crane operations in a busy downtown area and hand-transporting materials up two flights of stairs. With meticulous planning, our team successfully delivered a serene, visually captivating landscape that blends luxury with natural beauty, creating a peaceful urban oasis for residents to enjoy.
