Our team has enjoyed working hand-in-hand with this client to create outdoor spaces that complement their custom-built home. This landscape is unique in that it relies heavily on hardscape accents, including internationally imported stone walls and pavers, poured concrete, black star gravel, tile, and specialty stone elements to create a bold, modern aesthetic. Floor-to-ceiling windows wrap around the house and overlook the landscape, with the layered elements of landscape and hardscape visible from both inside and outside of the home. Because of this, properly maintaining the specialty hardscaping elements across the site as well as caring for the wide variety of plant material from a 360 degree perspective are key focuses of our ongoing landscape maintenance program. Our team maintains the many outdoor amenities found at this property including the fountains, pools, outdoor living areas, and dog-run in addition to the extensive landscape and hardscape. Caring for this property to the highest of standards requires a vast amount of knowledge to ensure the long-term success of the landscape.
