At the newest tower in the Harwood District, Southern Botanical brings form and function to new heights. Since the building’s completion in 2023, we’ve provided comprehensive landscape maintenance, tree care, agronomy, irrigation, and enhancement services for Harwood No. 14, including its standout 17,000 square-foot sky garden on the 12th floor.

This elevated terrace is a true showpiece, offering sweeping views of the Dallas skyline and a lush, park-like escape for tenants and guests. We maintain the terrace’s winding pathways and densely planted beds, carefully curating each detail to ensure visual impact and plant health year-round.

High winds at this height present unique challenges, and our team proactively manages the space with expert plant selection, strategic pruning, and close attention to soil and irrigation needs. On the ground level, we extend this same care to the building’s streetscape and garden beds, creating a polished and welcoming experience from the curb to the clouds.
