Forty Five Ten

Southern Botanical was selected to install the landscape for Forty Five Ten, a luxury retail and dining destination in downtown Dallas. The project required an technical approach to integrating greenery into a hardscape-heavy parking court. To accommodate trees in this urban environment, we utilized Silva Cell technology, which allows for healthy tree growth by providing an underground soil support system while maintaining the strength of the surrounding pavement to support vehicles. This system ensures the roots have enough space and nutrients to thrive, creating a visually striking canopy amidst the modern hardscape. The trees were craned in for planting, requiring us to close off the busy downtown street to vehicles and pedestrians. Our expert landscape installation complements the sleek architectural design, with ongoing landscape maintenance ensuring curb appeal and offering a welcoming green space for visitors.
